FCC Family Conference Registration

Please read through this registration form carefully and be sure to fill out all required fields completely. If you have any questions, refer to the FAQs section on the FCC Family Conference page. Lodging and meal plan requests will be granted on a first come, first served basis. Your requests are not submitted until your payment has been received.

This year, for the first time, we are collecting payment online, at the time of registration. When you complete this registration form, you will be redirected to PayPal to pay your registration fees. You do not need a PayPal account in order to submit your payment. If you are unable to complete your payment online, please contact the family conference secretary.
