Payment & Registration

Payment may be made by credit card through the PayPal button below, or at your PayPal account, to payment@masterstrumpet.org. We ask that you add 3% to your payment to cover the PayPal transaction fee. Our fees are set to cover actual cost. Without this, the Conference will operate at a 3% deficit for all funds received through PayPal.

Payment may also be made by a check drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to "Presbytery of the United States", and sent to Free Church Conference 2012, 1115 Jefferson Highway, Winder, GA 30680.

If you are lodging on campus at the conference facility, payment of the cost of lodging must accompany registration. The remainder of the payment may be delayed, if you wish, until check-in during the conference week. Payment for lodging on campus is fully refundable until February 1, 2012. Payment of the conference fee and cost of food is fully refundable until August 1, 2012.

Please download the Conference Registration Form in an interactive Word document, and either complete the form and send it by email attachment to wegardner@masterstrumpet.org, or print and complete the form and mail it to Free Church Conference 2012, 1115 Jefferson Highway, Winder, GA 30680.

A pre-conference circular will be distributed by email in late July, providing information about arrival and check-in, as well as meal team assignments, things to bring with you, etc.
