The dates of the conference are August 9-13, 2010.

The conference begins on Monday evening at dinner and concludes on Friday after lunch. Families will be able to travel on Monday and Friday so as not to miss Lord's Day services in their home congregations around the Presbytery. Check-in on Monday commences at 4 p.m., dinner is served at 6 p.m., and the first session of the conference is at 7:30 p.m.

Two addresses will be given each morning, and one address each evening. Afternoons will be free for outings, social times and recreation.
