Mr. Mattull is a native of St. Louis, and a graduate of Missouri Baptist University and Covenant Theological Seminary. The Presbytery is processing his preparation for entrance to the gospel ministry. Mr. Mattull teaches theology and other subjects at Providence Christian Academy. He is married and has two sons.

The Preaching Station is under the oversight of the Session of the Washington, D.C. Congregation. The Session is composed of Rev. Robert McCurley, Interim Moderator, with Mr. Charles Greenewald, Rev. Warren E. Gardner, Rev. Sean W. Humby, and Mr. Philip Larson.

The financial affairs of the Preaching Station are under the oversight of the Deacons' Court of the Washington, D.C., Congregation.

Mr. Charles Greenewald is Clerk of Session and Clerk of the Deacons' Court.
